Please read this before ordering — every cushion is made specifically for you, so a few things work differently than a typical off-the-shelf purchase.
Every cushion is cut and sewn specifically for your order after you purchase — nothing is held pre-made or kept in stock.
Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for production before your order ships.
As every piece is custom-made to your specifications, orders can only be cancelled within 2 days of the order date. After 2 days, production has begun and the order cannot be cancelled.
Because each cushion is custom-cut to your measurements and fabric choice, all sales are final — orders cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout based on your order's size and destination.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. We never see or store your card details.
